Consumers Only

T.A.P.S sells and ships products to end-user customers only. The resale of products purchased through T.A.P.S is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. Member access for individuals reselling product purchases will be terminated.

 

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, T.A.P.S may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. T.A.P.S reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when T.A.P.S confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, T.A.P.S will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order. The order confirmation will display the delivery address, shipping method, and an estimated delivery date. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

 

Order Status

To view your orders, go to the “My Account” page. The “My Account” page will allow members to see recent and past orders along with the status, shipping information, and order total.

 

Shipment Notification

Once your order is processed and the shipping label is created, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using T.A.P.S online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
